Brands and Real Estate Photography
- The cost of a brand shoot depends on the number of items/spaces or looks, as well as the overall complexity of the project. If you’re interested in having me shoot your campaign/space or lookbook, please send your brief to kseniiachast@gmail.com or reach out via social media.
Family or Love Story Session

Please Note:
– Studio rental is not included in the session price. If you’re planning a studio shoot, it’s best to book the space 2–3 weeks in advance.
– Your date is reserved only after a 50% deposit is made. The deposit is non-refundable.The remaining balance is due immediately after the shoot.
– You can reschedule your session once, if needed. Rescheduling is possible up to 3 days before the shoot.
– I don’t work as part of a team with a makeup artist. My goal is to capture your natural beauty, so I recommend coming with minimal makeup. However, if you’d like to get your makeup done, I can suggest trusted stylists and makeup artists.
– By booking a session, you agree to the publication of selected images on my website and Instagram. If privacy is important to you, just let me know in advance, I fully respect that.
– Final retouched photos will be delivered via a private online gallery. I personally select the photos for editing.
RAW (unedited) files are not provided.
– Final photos are stored on my drive for 1 month.
– Some selected images will also be delivered in black & white, at my artistic discretion.
– For in-home sessions, an additional travel fee may apply for locations outside the Miami area.
